Saving with HFSA is easy. Here’s how it works:
- Under an executed Confidentiality Agreement, HFSA develops a mutually agreeable discovery process in order to assess the supply chain and production practices you currently have in place.
- Next, The HFSA team, made up of experienced foodservice supply chain and long term care food production specialists, makes a comprehensive assessment and then presents a baseline report to you. Once consensus is reached on the findings, the baseline report is transferred into a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) that establishes the Key Performance Indicators or benchmarks. At this point, the Participation Agreement is signed.
- The Service Level Agreement details everything HFSA will do for you. There’s no confusion on the “deliverables.”
- The savings begin. There’s no cost to you for our service. Compensation for all the services provided by HFSA is included in the product price through the supply chain. We’ll work with you directly or with your current buying group (if any) to secure you the lowest possible price. There are no hidden fees or charges and savings realized belong to you.
